Order a cd or dvd.
Educational organizations and others can order a cd or dvd for non-commercial usage (cost-prize). Such a cd contains the whole site so you can use it offline. I prefer you do this to save bandwidth, in stead of copying the whole site to your drive (which is illegal anyway). My bandwidth is very limited, since it is a simple personal adsl line.
